I didn't start in design school. I started in operations — as an analyst at Zenith Bank, learning how large systems work from the inside, where the friction actually lives.
From operations I moved into business analysis: mapping processes, documenting systems, asking why things worked the way they did. That curiosity became my practice.
At Wakanow I started designing — not screens, but the systems behind them. Service blueprints, operational workflows, payment flows. Complex work with real stakes, which taught me that design at this level requires rigour, not just taste.
At Paystack I led design for the internal compliance and risk infrastructure used by operations teams every day. Six years building tools that had to be fast, accurate, and trusted under pressure. That's the work I'm built for.
